Our facilities
Matson's Brewery has some of the best facilities in the country, and can boast a huge capacity for production.
Of most interest is our 'flash pasteurisation' machinery that is used in conjunction with micro-filtration to achieve pure chemical and preservative-free bottling of all our beer lines.
Recently Matson's acquired a six-pack wrapping machine for speedy and reliable six-pack packing and, in the near future, neck-through packs. |
